Services for Robert Trammell, Sr.

The funeral service will be on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Central Baptist Church, Newnan with Dr. Winford Hendrix, Rev. Rhodes Skinner and Rev. Winston Skinner officiating. Interment will follow at the Luthersville City Cemetery.
Mayor Trammell will lie in repose for public viewing at City Hall in Luthersville from 1-3pm on Friday, July 29, 2016. Visitation will follow on Friday, July 29, 2016, from 6-8pm at McKoon Funeral Home in Newnan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Georgia Chapter, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 550, Atlanta, Georgia, 30346 ( or the Meriwether Ferst Foundation for Childhood Literacy, Box 576, Luthersville, Georgia, 30251.

The Atkinson Arnall Tribute Dinner is scheduled for  Friday, August 12, 7:00 p.m. at The Newnan Centre and will feature local candidates, U.S. Senate candidate Jim Barksdale, Civil Rights Leader Dr. C.T. Vivian, and Keynote Speaker Pulitizer Prize winning cartoonist Mike Luckovich!
